1. Will I have internet access in Cuernavaca and at Ideal?

Yes, you will have internet access at Ideal at no extra cost (subject to availability). If you have a laptop with a wireless modem, you can also access the internet at Ideal. There are also numerous internet cafés in Cuernavaca that charge approximately $15 pesos per hour, with at least 3 within walking distance of Ideal.

2. Does Ideal have wireless internet access?

Yes. Feel free to bring your laptop and you can access the internet at Ideal.

3. Will I have access to telephone and fax?

We offer telephone and fax service for an extra fee. For local calls the best option is to buy a public phone card, called "LADATEL."

4. What is the best way to call my country from Cuernavaca?

The best option is to buy a prepaid card. At Ideal we sell prepaid cards, which so far have given users the best rate per-minute. However, there are other cards on sale in the city.
IT IS IMPORTANT TO MENTION that if you buy a prepaid phone card in your home country you need to be sure it will work in Mexico.
The only toll-free numbers in Mexico use the prefix 01 – 800 or 01 - 888. 1- 800, 001 – 800 numbers, or other toll-free numbers, do not work in Mexico or charge long distance fees.

5. Will my cell phone work in Mexico?

At present many cell phones from other countries work well in Mexico. Inquire with your cell phone service provider. It is important to know the rates your company charges, as international service is usually very expensive.
